A Warm Hello,

Welcome to The Mexican Shack. The ride I have taken from the first day I opened in 1975 has been an intriguing and exciting journey. The vision I had of bringing the most unusual quality works of art from Mexico and the Southwest was well received and has been the basis for our success today.

The Mexican Shack has evolved over the years as we continue to listen to our customers and cater to their needs. One thing that has always remained the same however, is our mission to offer ultimate value with the best service possible.

I have a great team of employees who carry out this mission and have the natural ability to connect with people over some of the most beautiful and unique pieces we carry. They are committed to helping our customers find the perfect treat for themselves or gift for someone else.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has been a part of this journey with us over the last four-plus exciting decades and invite anyone that hasn’t experienced what we have to offer to stop by The Mexican Shack next time you are in the area.

Happy Trails to You,

Steve and Mary Delzio

Beverly Petrone

Sales Associate

Beverly joined The Mexican Shack team in March 2019.  Her early professional career includes a 15-year run in human resources management, after which Beverly took some years to raise and care for her family.  When the time was right for her to re-enter the workforce, Beverly decided to pursue a passion for something that had always interested her—the world of gemstones and jewelry. She brings to The Mexican Shack close to 5 years experience in fine jewelry sales and enjoys applying her combined sales and service skills to assist customers with their jewelry and gift selections. And she’s absolutely loving the colorful, vibrant influence of the Southwestern/Native American culture!

Beverly resides with her husband Rich, and has two sons and a daughter. Aside from jewelry and gemstones, her interests and favorite things include spending time with her family and friends, reading, shopping, traveling, lighthouse hopping, beach-combing and volunteer work.
